Registration for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 2 is expected to go live on the official National Testing Agency (NTA) website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, by the end of January 2026. Applicants preparing for this second chance at the engineering entrance can apply once the link is activated under the candidate dashboard.

How to Apply for JEE Main 2026 Session 2?

  1. Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in and access the Candidate Activity section.
  2. Log in using your credentials or register as a new user if you have not yet applied.
  3. Fill out the online application form with accurate personal details.
  4. Upload scanned documents such as Aadhaar, photo, signature, and category certificate as required.
  5. Pay the applicable application fee using online payment methods.
  6. Review all details and apply before the closing date.

Students who applied for Session 1 can log in with their existing application number and password to register for Session 2, saving time in re-entering details.

 

JEE Main 2026: Eligibility and Fee Details

Aspiring candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the NTA to apply for JEE Main 2026 Session 2.
