The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 city intimation slip tentatively in March 2026, ahead of the April exam window. The Session 2 exam is scheduled between 2 April and 9 April 2026, and candidates can check their allotted exam city and date once the slip is out.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 city intimation slip on the official portal (jeemain.nta.nic.in) for all registered candidates. The city slip helps candidates know their exam city and specific exam date before the admit card is issued, allowing them to plan travel and logistics in advance. The Session 2 exam, often referred to as the April session, is scheduled to be conducted between 2 April and 9 April 2026, covering Paper 1 (BTech) and Paper 2 (BArch/BPlan) tests.
Expected Release of JEE Main 2026 City Intimation Slip
- The city intimation slip for Session 2 is expected to be released in March 2026 — most likely in the second or mid‑March period.
- Based on past years’ trends, the most probable release date for the Session 2 city slip is around 20 March 2026.
- The slip will be available through the individual candidate’s login using application number and date of birth.
It is important to note that the city intimation slip does not contain the exam centre address or shift timing — these details will be in the admit card, which is released a few days before the scheduled exam.
