JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Result and All-India Toppers

The JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1 result has highlighted exceptional performances from across the country. A total of 12 candidates secured a perfect 100 percentile in the examination. The top scorers are from the following states:

  • Delhi – 1 candidate
  • Rajasthan
  • Bihar
  • Odisha
  • Haryana

The official result and merit list are available on the National Testing Agency’s website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2026, subject to meeting the prescribed cut-off criteria.

Preparation Strategy Behind JEE Main 100 Percentile

Shreyas focused on conceptual clarity rather than tracking fixed study hours. His preparation strategy involved covering topics in depth and consistently revising key concepts. He relocated to a paying guest accommodation in Punjabi Bagh two years ago to pursue dedicated preparation. While his study schedule varied between five to eleven hours a day, he prioritised quality learning over duration. In the final one-and-a-half months before the examination, he concentrated on:

  • Attempting multiple mock tests
  • Conducting detailed performance analysis
  • Clearing doubts through discussions and classroom sessions

This focused revision phase played a crucial role in strengthening accuracy and time management.

Board Exams and Next Steps After JEE Main Result

Alongside JEE preparation, Shreyas is set to appear for his board examinations at Kulachi Hansraj Model School (Senior Wing), Ashok Vihar. With the Session 1 results declared, candidates will now prepare for upcoming sessions and monitor announcements regarding the JEE Main cut-off, merit list, and counselling schedule. The National Testing Agency is expected to release further notifications regarding JEE Advanced eligibility and admission procedures to premier engineering institutes. The JEE Main 2026 result marks a significant milestone for aspirants nationwide, with top scorers now moving a step closer to securing admission to leading engineering institutions.
