Reporting and Entry Guidelines for JEE Main 2026 Session 1

Candidates must report to the exam center well before the gate closing time. Late entry is strictly prohibited, and the exam can be missed if the reporting window is not adhered to.

  • Shift 1 (9 AM): Arrive by 7:30 AM
  • Shift 2 (3 PM): Arrive by 1:30 PMIf not registered with Aadhaar, candidates should arrive at least 1 hour earlier for biometric verification. Visiting the center a day before can help avoid last-minute navigation issues.
