New Changes in JEE Main 2026 Registration

This year, the NTA has introduced a few significant updates to streamline the registration process:

  • Auto-fetch feature using Aadhaar authentication: Candidate details such as name, date of birth, gender, photograph, and address will be automatically retrieved from the UIDAI database to minimize errors.
  • Increased number of exam cities: The NTA has announced plans to expand the number of exam centres across India for better accessibility.
  • Enhanced facilities for PwD candidates: Special provisions will be implemented to ensure a smoother experience for candidates with disabilities.

These changes are aimed at simplifying the process and improving transparency in data verification.
