JEE Main 2026 Question Papers Out Today, Answer Key on April 11 as per the schedule released by the National Testing Agency. Candidates can access question papers from 09 April 2026, while results are expected by 20 April 2026.

 

JEE Main 2026 Question Papers Release and Download Process

The National Testing Agency is releasing all shift-wise question papers in the public domain on 09 April 2026. This step ensures transparency and allows candidates to review exam questions. Candidates can download the question papers without login by following these steps:

  • Visit the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the Session 2 question paper link on the homepage
  • Open the PDF files available for each shift
  • Download and save the question papers

These question papers help candidates analyse difficulty level and estimate performance.

 

JEE Main 2026 Answer Key and Response Sheet Details

The provisional answer key and response sheets are expected on 11 April 2026 (tentative). Both will be available under candidate login. The following points explain the process:

  • Response sheet will show answers marked by candidates
  • Answer key will contain correct responses
  • Candidates can calculate raw score out of 300 marks
  • Challenge window will open with a fee of INR 200 per question

Candidates must upload valid proof while raising objections.

 

JEE Main 2026 Answer Key Challenge and Final Key Process

After the challenge window closes, NTA will review all objections submitted by candidates. Based on valid challenges, the final answer key will be released. If any question is dropped in the final answer key, all candidates of that shift will be awarded bonus marks. The final key will be published shortly before the result declaration.

 

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Result Date and Ranking Method

The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 result for Paper 1 is expected by 20 April 2026 (tentative). The result will include percentile scores and All India Rank. The ranking will be prepared based on the following criteria:

  • Scores will be normalised across sessions
  • Best score from January and April attempts will be considered
  • Cut-off marks for JEE Advanced eligibility will be announced
