Several JEE Main 2026 aspirants have reported facing technical errors while updating their Aadhaar details during the online application process. Many students expressed their frustration on social media, claiming the National Testing Agency’s official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, is repeatedly showing errors while submitting Aadhaar information.
According to multiple posts, the problem occurs after entering Aadhaar details and clicking the submit button, after which the site redirects to the same page without any confirmation. Students have urged the authorities to fix the issue promptly, using phrases like “Please help” in their posts.
JEE Main 2026 Aadhaar Update Issue Reported by Students
A video shared by one applicant on YouTube showed the error message appearing multiple times despite repeated attempts. The user stated, “The website is not responding while updating Aadhaar details. The same error shows every time even after submitting.”
Some aspirants reported that the Aadhaar update process eventually worked after waiting for two hours or retrying at regular intervals. However, several others continue to face the same problem.
Technical glitches have been a recurring concern during the JEE Main registration process in previous years as well. Students are unsure how to proceed when the website fails to respond.
