JEE Main 2026 City Intimation Slip Release Date, Photo Verification

The National Testing Agency will release the JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip in the first week of January 2026. Through the city intimation slip, candidates will be able to check the city where their JEE Main 2026 examination centre will be allotted. The slip will be made available online on the official website. Candidates will have to log in using their application number and password to download the JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip.

 

JEE Main 2026 City Intimation Slip: Important Details

The JEE Main city intimation slip provides advance information about the exam city to help candidates plan travel and accommodation. Along with the city details, the allotted exam date will also be mentioned on the slip. As per the announced schedule, JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will be conducted from January 21 to January 30.   • Enter application number and password or date of birth
  • The JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip will appear on the screen
  • Download and save the slip for future reference

 

JEE Main 2026 Photo Verification Certificate Upload Last Date

Candidates who used identity cards such as PAN Card, Indian Passport, or Non-Indian Passport while filling the JEE Main 2026 application form must upload an additional document, the photo verification certificate. The last date to upload the photo verification certificate is January 7, 2026. The certificate can be downloaded after logging in with the application number and password on the official JEE Main website. After downloading the certificate, candidates must fill in the required details, paste a passport-size photograph, and get it signed by the School or College Principal or Headmaster. The signed certificate must then be scanned and uploaded in PDF format within the deadline. Candidates are advised to complete all required uploads and downloads within the prescribed timelines to avoid issues during the admit card release stage.
