JEE Main 2026 Admit Card OUT for Jan 21-24; Hall Ticket for Jan 28 & 29 Soon

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun issuing the JEE Main 2026 admit card for the January session on its official portal jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates scheduled to appear for the Session-1 examinations from January 21 to 24, 2026, can now download their hall tickets for all papers, including BE/BTech, BArch, and BPlan.

How to Download the JEE Main 2026 Hall Ticket?

Candidates who have completed their JEE Main registration must use their application number and password to log in and get the admit card in PDF format. Follow these standard steps:

  1. Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  2. Click on the JEE Main 2026 admit card link.
  3. Enter your application number and password/date of birth.
  4. Submit and download the PDF.
  5. Save and print a clear, hard copy of the admit card for exam day.

Ensure the admit card bears correct details such as the candidate’s name, photograph, date of birth, exam date, centre address, shift timing, and instructions for the exam day. Discrepancies should be reported to NTA promptly.

Status of Hall Tickets for January 28 & 29 Exams

As of now, admit cards are released only for exams on January 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2026. For students whose exams are scheduled on January 28 and 29, 2026, the hall tickets have not yet been issued and are expected to be available in due course ahead of those dates. Based on past practice, where NTA typically issues hall tickets 3 to 4 days before the exam, candidates may anticipate the January 28 & 29 admit cards around January 24 or 25, 2026.

Important Reminders

  • The admit card acts as the entry pass to the examination hall, and candidates must carry a printed copy along with a valid photo ID to the test centre.
  • In case the download link is slow or showing errors due to traffic, candidates should try using updated browsers like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Candidates must reach the test centre at the reporting time mentioned on the admit card and follow all exam day instructions carefully.
