India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has officially announced the recruitment drive for 309 posts across India. The vacancies include Assistant Manager (Scale I) and Junior Associate positions. The online application process began on 11 November 2025 and will remain open until 1 December 2025. The recruitment aims to strengthen IPPB’s workforce under the Department of Posts by hiring qualified graduates from diverse educational backgrounds. The selection will be based on academic performance, followed by document verification and interview rounds wherever applicable.

Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The age limit varies depending on the post:
- Junior Associate: 20 to 32 years
- Assistant Manager: 20 to 35 years
Candidates are required to upload all necessary documents, including their photograph, signature, graduation marksheet, and valid ID proof, in the prescribed format during the application process.
Selection Process for IPPB Recruitment 2025
The selection will be primarily based on the percentage of marks obtained in the graduation examination, calculated up to two decimal places. In case of a tie in marks, preference will be given to the older candidate based on date of birth. All shortlisted candidates will be informed through their registered email and mobile number regarding the next stages of the recruitment process. Applicants are advised to ensure accuracy while filling the online form, as discrepancies or incomplete details may lead to rejection.
Application Procedure
Interested candidates can visit the official IPPB portal and fill out the online form by entering all mandatory details. The application fee of INR 750 must be paid digitally via debit/credit card or net banking to complete the submission.
