IP University CET 2026 exams for admission to various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes will begin from April 25, 2026. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will conduct the Common Entrance Tests (CETs) for the academic session 2026–27 till May 23, 2026 for a total of 78 programmes. According to the university, around 50,531 candidates are expected to appear for the entrance exams. The CETs will be conducted in offline mode using traditional OMR sheets in two shifts on Saturdays and Sundays during the examination period.

Most CET examinations will be conducted at centres located in Delhi NCR. However, for selected examinations scheduled on May 9 and May 10, 2026, the university will also conduct tests at outstation centres. These outstation exam cities are listed below.

Except for PhD programmes, these outstation centres will be available along with Delhi NCR centres for smoother candidate management.

The university has informed that the admit cards for IPU CET 2026 will be released approximately 5 to 6 days before the respective examination dates. Candidates will be able to download the hall tickets through the official website ipu.ac.in. Students are advised to check all details printed on the admit card carefully after downloading. Important Instructions for IPU CET 2026 Candidates

Students should also note that a single examination paper will be conducted for CET codes 119 and 124, which are related to paramedical programmes. Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre early, carry valid ID proof, and follow all university guidelines strictly for smooth examination entry.
