IOCL Grade A Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection for IOCL Grade A posts consists of multiple stages:

- Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT): Candidates selected in CBT will participate
- Personal Interview (PI): Conducted for GD/GT qualifiers
