IOCL Grade A Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The IOCL recruitment will involve multiple stages to ensure a fair evaluation. The selection process is divided into the following:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): October 31, 2025 – weightage 85%
- Group Discussion/Group Task (GD/GT): weightage 5%
- Personal Interview (PI): weightage 10%
The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined performance across CBT, GD/GT, and PI.
