INI CET Nov 2025 Exam Analysis, Result Date & Expected Cutoff

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) conducted the INI CET 2025 November exam on Sunday, November 9. The postgraduate entrance test was held in computer-based mode across more than 130 cities. The exam lasted for three hours, from 9 AM to 12 PM, and included 200 multiple-choice questions. As per the official schedule, the INI CET 2025 result will be declared on November 15, 2025, on the AIIMS website — aiimsexams.ac.in. Those who qualify will later participate in online counselling for seat allotment.

 

INI CET 2025 November Exam Analysis

Based on student feedback, the INI CET 2025 November paper was of moderate difficulty. Most of the questions were clinically oriented, testing conceptual understanding. Around 60 percent of the questions were rated as easy to attempt. Questions covered major subjects including:

  • Anatomy
  • Physiology
  • Medicine
  • Dermatology
  • Pathology
  • Pharmacology

Students mentioned that the fourth section of the exam was slightly more challenging compared to others.

 

INI CET 2025 Answer Key and Result Date

AIIMS does not release the official question paper or answer key for INI CET exams. However, memory-based answers and analysis from students and coaching experts are available online for reference. The INI CET 2025 Result will be released on November 15, 2025, in PDF format. Candidates can check their qualifying status and download individual scorecards using their login credentials.

 

INI CET 2025 Expected Cutoff

The minimum cutoff marks for INI CET differ based on category and institution. The expected cutoff range for the November session is as follows:

Only candidates who meet the minimum qualifying percentile will be eligible for the counselling process.

After the result announcement, qualified students must register for the INI CET 2025 counselling process, conducted online by AIIMS.
