The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and CADFEM India Pvt. Ltd came together in the creation of the Digital Twin Facility. The collaboration aims to improve the education and research ecosystem with the help of Ansys’s world-class Multiphysics simulation technologies. This innovation will empower students, faculty, and researchers to face the complex challenges and also boost the adoption of digital technologies in the field of academics and research.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and CADFEM Indian Pvt. Ltd came under the MOU. The MOU was signed by both parties, and through the MOU, the IIT Roorkee will get access to Ansys’s world-class Digital Twin, Electromagnetic, CFD, and FEM simulation for research and academics. On the other hand, CADFEM India Pvt Ltd will provide licenses, technical workshops and research guidance to researchers, faculty, and students to face their challenges.
During the collaboration ceremony, Prof. Kamal Koshore Pant, Director of IIT Roorkee, said that this collaboration shows our long-term commitment to improving the academic and research fields with the help of Digital Twin Labs.
