The programme is offered through the School of Management, IIT Mandi, and is designed to integrate management education with advanced data science and artificial intelligence capabilities. The application process began on December 24, 2025, and the last date to submit the online application form is January 27, 2026.

Placements and Career Outcomes
As per the institute’s official release, the previous MBA batch recorded strong placement performance. The average CTC stood at ₹18 LPA, while the highest CTC reached ₹49 LPA. Recruiters represented sectors such as analytics, consulting, BFSI, technology services, and AI-driven business domains.
Eligibility Criteria for IIT Mandi MBA 2026
Applicants can apply under either of the following categories:
- CAT-based category: Candidates who appeared for CAT 2025 can apply using their CAT score
- CAT-exempted category: Candidates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institutions or from institutions ranked within the Top 100 of NIRF 2025 in Overall or Engineering categories, subject to minimum CGPA requirements
