Last year, participants visited IESEG School of Management in Paris, exploring Northern France and Belgium, including Lille and Brussels. The program combines classroom learning with field visits and emphasizes Global Leadership and Cultural Intelligence. It provides participants with hands-on experience in international business management and cross-cultural collaboration.
Key Benefits of IIT Madras EMBA
Professor Saji K Mathew, Head of DoMS, highlighted three main advantages:
- Technology Focus: Leverages IIT Madras’s expertise in technology and its application in business
- Weekend Classes: Flexible schedule tailored for working professionals
- Global Exposure: International immersion and exposure to global management practices
Participants typically have 3–15 years of work experience, making classroom discussions comparable to boardroom conversations. The program equips executives to implement learnings immediately in their professional environment.
