Next Steps After IIT JAM 2026 Response Sheet

Following the response sheet release, the provisional answer key is expected to be published soon. After both documents are available, candidates can compare and estimate their scores. A window to raise objections against the provisional answer key will likely open for a limited period before the final key and results are announced. The IIT JAM 2026 results are anticipated in March 2026, after the conclusion of the answer key objection process. Qualified candidates will then be able to proceed with admissions into postgraduate programmes like MSc, MSc-PhD, MSc-MTech dual degrees, and other courses at Indian Institutes of Technology and other participating institutes.
