One of the key highlights of the current placement season has been the significant rise in pre-placement offers. During the first phase of placements, IIT Delhi received over 300 PPOs, marking an increase of more than thirty-three percent compared to the previous year. This growth in PPOs highlights early recruiter engagement through internships and long-term hiring pipelines. Students who converted internships into full-time roles contributed substantially to the overall offer count. The placement season for the 2025–26 academic year is being coordinated by the Office of Career Services and is scheduled to continue until May 2026.

Prof. Suresh Neelakantan, Co-Professor-in-Charge of OCS, added that the institute continues to expand collaborations with a diverse range of recruiters.
