The educational qualification varies according to the post. Key requirements include:

• Junior Superintendent: Bachelor's degree with at least 55% marks along with relevant work experience.
• Junior Technician: Relevant Bachelor's degree or three-year engineering diploma with at least 55% marks, depending on the group.
• Junior Library Assistant: Degree in Library and Information Science or relevant combination of library diploma and bachelor's degree.
• Assistant Engineer: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Junior Engineer: B.E./B.Tech or three-year diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
• Junior Translation Officer: Bachelor's degree in Hindi along with relevant translation experience.

The upper age limit ranges from 27 to 40 years, depending on the post. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
