IISER Berhampur will begin IAT 2026 registration from 05 March 2026. Candidates can submit the application form online until 13 April 2026. The application process includes registration, document upload, and fee payment.
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Berhampur will start the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2026 registration process from 05 March 2026. The online application link will be activated on the official website iiseradmission.in. Eligible candidates can fill and submit the IISER 2026 application form until 13 April 2026. The registration process will be conducted entirely in online mode.
IISER IAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must carefully review the prescribed eligibility conditions before applying. Only those meeting the academic requirements will be considered for admission. The eligibility criteria for IAT 2026 are as follows:
- Candidates who passed Class XII or equivalent in 2024 or 2025, or those appearing in 2026, are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must have studied at least three subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics in Class 12.
- A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Class 12 is required (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
Failure to meet these conditions may lead to cancellation of candidature.

IISER IAT 2026 Application Fee Details
The application fee varies according to category. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The category-wise fee structure is listed below:
- General, EWS, OBC, OBC-NCL: INR 2,000
- SC/ST/PwD, Kashmiri Migrants, Kashmiri Pandits, Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrant): INR 1,000
- Foreign Nationals: INR 12,000
