IISER 2026 Application Fee Details
The application fee for IISER admissions is structured to reflect different categories of candidates. This fee must be paid at the time of submitting the application form on the official IISER admission portal.
- General, EWS & OBC-NCL: ₹2,000
- SC, ST, PwD & Kashmiri Migrants: ₹1,000
- Foreign Nationals: ₹12,000
The application fee is non-refundable even if a candidate decides not to appear for the examination after paying.
How IISER 2026 Fees Are Paid?
Applicants must pay the IISER application fee online through debit card, credit card, net banking or other supported digital payment methods available on the official portal. Once the application and fee are successfully submitted, candidates should download the confirmation page for their records.
Other Financial Requirements
Apart from the application fee, candidates will also be required to pay a Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) after receiving an admission offer. The SAF is separate from the application fee and varies by category. For example:
