The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur has announced the Executive MBA (EMBA) admission criteria 2026 after officially exiting the Common Admission Process (CAP). The institute has introduced its own selection process for the two-year online EMBA programme.
Candidates with valid CAT 2025, GMAT, GRE, or IIMU Test scores can apply for admission. The registration process for Cycle 1 is now open, and the last date to submit the application form is December 8, 2025.
IIM Udaipur EMBA 2026 Admission Schedule
The admission process for IIM Udaipur EMBA 2026 will be conducted in three cycles. The institute will close all admissions by May 6, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria for IIM Udaipur EMBA Admission 2026
Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to apply for the EMBA programme:
- Must have completed Class 10 + 2 years of schooling and hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks are 45%.
- Must have a minimum of 36 months of full-time work experience after graduation as of May 20, 2026.
- Should hold a valid score in CAT (2021 or later), GMAT, GRE, GRE Focus, or IIMU Test.
Selection Process for IIM Udaipur EMBA 2026
IIM Udaipur will shortlist candidates based on their academic profile, work experience, entrance exam scores, and interview performance.
The following test scores will be accepted for shortlisting:
- CAT 2025
- GMAT
- GRE / GRE Focus
- IIMU Test
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 and an additional INR 1,000 as IIMU test fee, both non-refundable.
IIMU Test Pattern for EMBA Admission 2026
Candidates who already possess valid CAT, GMAT, or GRE scores are exempted from the IIMU Test. However, those without these scores must appear for the IIMU entrance test, which will be conducted online on weekends.
The IIMU Test will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed in 120 minutes. The paper will include the following sections:
