The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Tiruchirappalli has released its audited placement report for the 2024–25 cycle, highlighting robust recruitment across its PGPM and PGPM-HR programmes. A total of 189 companies participated in the PGPM placement process, while the PGPM-HR programme saw participation from 40 firms. The highest package offered for PGPM students this year reached ₹43.94 lakh, whereas the top package in the HR programme stood at ₹33.12 lakh.
