IGNOU learners should confirm the assignment submission deadline and portal for their programme. The university lists an October 31 extension for specified programmes, so the applicable official notice must be checked before submission.
IGNOU December TEE Assignment Submission 2026 is an important requirement for eligible learners appearing in the December Term-End Examination. Indira Gandhi National Open University has provided assignment submission instructions for the December 2026 examination cycle. Learners should check the applicable portal, programme requirements and deadline before uploading or submitting their assignments.
IGNOU December TEE Assignment 2026: Latest Update
IGNOU has issued an assignment submission notification for the December 2026 TEE. Learners should confirm whether the online assignment management system (OAMS) applies to their programme and follow the instructions provided for their course.
The university's official announcement page has listed an extension for assignment submissions for ODL and online programmes, including GOAL and EVBB, up to October 31, 2026, subject to approval by the competent authority. This deadline should not be confused with any separate deadline published for a specific programme or submission portal.
How to Submit IGNOU Assignments
Learners should follow the submission process applicable to their programme:
- Visit the official IGNOU website.
- Open the latest announcements from the Student Evaluation Division.
- Read the December 2026 TEE assignment submission notice.
- Follow the instructions for the relevant programme and submission mode.
- Upload the assignment or submit the required copy through the prescribed channel.
- Save the submission acknowledgement or receipt, if provided.
Learners should ensure that the assignment belongs to the correct course and session. They should also check file requirements and any instructions regarding handwritten work, signatures or supporting documents.
What Learners Should Verify Before Submission
Before submitting an assignment, learners should confirm the applicable deadline, programme eligibility, file format and submission channel. A portal being available does not necessarily mean that every programme follows the same deadline.
Learners should retain a copy of their assignment and proof of submission. If the portal displays an error, they should consult the relevant regional centre or official university instructions rather than relying on unofficial links.
