The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced online doubt-clearing classes for students appearing in the December 2025 Company Secretary examinations. These sessions are aimed at candidates enrolled in the Executive Programme and Professional Programme under the New Syllabus 2022. The initiative provides an opportunity for students to clarify their doubts and strengthen their understanding across key topics. Classes will run from November to December 2025 and are scheduled in both morning and afternoon slots.
Executive Programme Doubt Clearing Classes
ICSI has divided the Executive Programme into Group I and Group II, covering core subjects in focused sessions. Each class will run for three hours.
Group I Schedule:
- Company Law and Practice: 17th November to 21st November 2025, 10:00 am–1:00 pm
- Setting up of Business, Industrial and Labour Laws: 24th November to 28th November 2025, 10:00 am–1:00 pm
- Corporate Accounting & Financial Management: 1st December to 5th December 2025, 10:00 am–1:00 pm
- Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws: 8th December to 12th December 2025, 10:00 am–1:00 pm
Group II Schedule:
- Capital Market and Securities Laws: 1st December to 5th December 2025, 2:30 pm–5:30 pm
- Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws: 17th November to 21st November 2025, 2:30 pm–5:30 pm
- Tax Laws and Practice: 24th November to 28th November 2025, 2:30 pm–5:30 pm
These sessions are designed to consolidate student preparation, review complex concepts, and address common errors.
Professional Programme Doubt Clearing Classes
The Professional Programme is divided into Group I and Group II, focusing on advanced topics critical for CS aspirants.
Group I Schedule:
- Drafting, Pleading and Appearances: 17th November to 21st November 2025, 10:00 am–1:00 pm
- Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence: 24th November to 28th November 2025, 10:00 am–1:00 pm
- Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice: 1st December to 5th December 2025, 10:00 am–1:00 pm
Group II Schedule:
- Strategic Management and Corporate Finance: 17th November to 21st November 2025, 2:30 pm–5:30 pm
- Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency: 24th November to 28th November 2025, 2:30 pm–5:30 pm
These sessions ensure that students are well-prepared to tackle practical and theoretical challenges during the examinations.
Fee and Registration Details
The fee for attending the doubt-clearing classes is INR 1,000 per programme. Students who have already registered for the online Master classes for the December 2025 session can attend the doubt-clearing classes free of cost. These classes aim to enhance exam readiness, build confidence, and provide focused guidance for last-minute preparation.
