ICSI CS December 2025 Registration Reopens at icsi.edu

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has reopened the registration portal for the CS December 2025 exams. Eligible candidates can now enrol by paying a late fee on the official website at icsi.edu. The ICSI CS late registration window will remain open until October 25, 2025.

Candidates who have already registered can modify exam details such as exam centre, medium, module, and elective subject from October 26 to November 21, 2025 (till 4:00 pm).

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam Dates

The CS Executive and Professional examinations for both Groups 1 and 2 are scheduled to be conducted from December 22 to December 29, 2025.

The reserve dates will be used if exams are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances.

ICSI CS December 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions to appear for the December 2025 session:

• Executive Programme: Must have passed the Online Pre-Examination Test along with either ODOP (One Day Orientation Programme) or TDOP (Three Days Orientation Programme), depending on registration timing.
• Professional Programme: Must have cleared the Online Pre-Examination Test before applying.

All eligibility formalities must be completed by October 24, 2025 (5:30 PM).

Modification Charges:

• Exam Centre / Group / Medium / Optional Subject Change – ₹250 per change
• Additional Group Fee – ₹250
• Dubai Centre Surcharge – USD 100 (or equivalent in INR)
