ICSI CS December 2025 Application Deadlines and Exam Schedule
ICSI’s December 2025 session began accepting applications on August 26, 2025. The last date to register without a late fee is September 25, 2025, while registrations are also permitted between September 26 and October 10, 2025, with a late fee of INR 250. The exams are scheduled from December 22 to December 29, 2025. Each paper will be conducted in an offline mode, with two shifts each day. Candidates will be given a 15-minute reading time before the writing period begins.

ICSI CS December 2025 Registration Process: Steps to Apply
Applicants must use the ICSI official portals, namely smash.icsi.edu or icsi.edu, for their registrations. After logging in, candidates should select ‘Submit Examination Form’ under the Examination Enrollment section. It is important to choose the correct programme (Executive or Professional), exam centre, language, and module(s). Payment of the exam fee must be completed online. ICSI CS Professional and Executive Eligibility: December 2025 Session
Before starting the registration, candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria. Graduates and those who have cleared the Foundation Programme may register for the Executive Programme. The Professional Programme is available for those who have completed the Executive level.
A major requirement for both Professional and Executive aspirants is compulsory training. After completing either programme, candidates need to undergo 15 months of training with a company or practising company secretary. Additionally, 15 days of training in a specialised agency and 15 days in a Secretarial Modular Training Programme are mandatory.
