The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has activated the application correction facility for IBPS RRB 2025. Candidates can now edit their application forms via the official portal ibps.in. The correction window opened today, October 6, 2025, and will remain active until October 7, 2025. Registered candidates must log in using their registration number and password or date of birth to access the correction facility. A nominal fee of INR 200 is applicable for making changes, applicable to all categories.
Details That Cannot Be Edited
Certain fields in the IBPS RRB 2025 application form cannot be changed through the correction window:
- Name
- Post applied for
- Nationality
- Email ID
- Mobile Number
- State/UT in vacancy
- State/UT in Correspondence Address
- Permanent Address
However, candidates can modify category details:
- SC/ST/PwBD applicants can change between SC/ST/PwBD
- GEN/EWS/OBC(NCL) applicants can switch to GEN/EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD
Note: If the category changes from GEN/EWS/OBC to SC/ST/PwBD, the application fees paid will not be refunded.
Important Instructions
- Candidates who submitted multiple applications must edit the latest form only.
- After October 7, 2025, the IBPS RRB application correction window will close, and no further edits will be allowed.
Candidates are advised to carefully check all editable details and complete the correction process before the deadline to avoid discrepancies during the recruitment process.
