IBPS PO Mains Result 2025 Updates

The IBPS PO Mains examination was conducted on the twelfth of October Twenty Twenty Five in a single shift across multiple centres. This year, IBPS aims to fill five thousand two hundred and eight vacancies for Probationary Officer and Management Trainee positions in participating public sector banks. With the recruitment entering its final stages, candidates are waiting for the result and scorecard to understand their performance and see if they qualify for the interview round. IBPS typically releases the Mains result and the individual scorecard on the same day. The scorecard includes sectional marks, total marks, and the status of qualification based on sectional and overall cut-off criteria. Since the selection process is highly competitive, the expected cut-off is likely to remain close to last year’s range, with slight variations depending on difficulty level and vacancy count.

Expected Cut-Off Indicators

The following trends from recent years offer a broad assessment of what candidates may expect.

• Cut-off usually increases slightly when vacancies are higher.
• Sectional cut-off for Reasoning, Data Analysis, and English often remains moderate.
• Overall cut-off may stay close to the previous cycle due to similar paper difficulty.
• Candidates with balanced sectional marks generally have an advantage.

These are not official figures, but they help set expectations until the final cut-off is published.
