IBPS Clerk Vacancies 2025 Increased to 13,533; State List Released

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has increased the total number of Clerk vacancies for 2025 to 13,533. Earlier, the total vacancies announced were 10,277, marking an upward revision of over 3,200 posts. The updated vacancy list was released on October 27, 2025, on the official IBPS website, ibps.in.

 

According to the revised list, Uttar Pradesh has recorded the highest number of openings with 2,346 posts, followed by Tamil Nadu with 1,161, and Karnataka with 1,248 vacancies. This revision comes ahead of the IBPS Clerk Mains Exam, scheduled for November 29, 2025. The IBPS Clerk recruitment process consists of two stages — Preliminary and Main Examination. The Prelims result is expected to be announced soon, after which shortlisted candidates will be called for the Mains round.
