The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the IBPS Clerk Mains Result 2026 for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP‑CSA‑XV) for Customer Service Associate/Clerk posts on 2 March 2026. Candidates who appeared in the mains exam can now access their scorecards and select status through the official portal ibps.in. The result declaration marks a significant step in the recruitment process for over 15,000 clerk vacancies in participating public sector banks across the country.

 

How to Check IBPS Clerk Mains Result 2026?

Follow these steps to check and download the result and scorecard from the official website:

  1. Open a web browser and visit the official site ibps.in.
  2. On the homepage, go to the “CRP Clerical Recruitment” section.
  3. Find the link for “IBPS Clerk Mains Result 2026” or CRP‑CSA‑XV mains result.
  4. Click the link and enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
  5. Submit the details to view your scorecard and qualifying status.
  6. Download and save or print the result for future reference.

The result page also typically displays category‑wise cut‑off marks and section‑wise scores for qualifying candidates.

 

Important Dates and Background

  • Preliminary Examination: Held in October 2025 across multiple dates
  • Prelims Result: Declared in November 2025.
  • Main Examination: Conducted on 29 November 2025 (and related sessions).
  • Mains Result: Declared on 2 March 2026.

 

What Happens After the Mains Result?

Candidates who qualify in the mains exam will now move to the next stages of the selection process:

  • Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates who do not have proof of the required local language proficiency may be required to clear this qualifying test
  • Document Verification: Successful candidates will be called for verification of educational and identity documents at designated centres.

Provisional Allotment: Based on mains scores and preferences, provisional allotment to participating banks will be communicated.
