The National Testing Agency has published the JEE Main 2026 exam centre list and released the city intimation slip online. Candidates can check their assigned exam city in advance and the full centre address once the admit card is available.
Candidates preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 must know where their exam will be conducted. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made initial details available through the city intimation slip and will publish complete exam centre information on admit cards issued before the exam. Checking centre details early helps students plan travel and logistics ahead of the test dates.
Check the Allotted Exam City via City Intimation Slip
Before the admit card is released, candidates can find which exam city they have been assigned. This document is known as the city intimation slip and reveals the location of the test city — not the full centre address — to assist with advance planning.
To download the city intimation slip:
- Go to the official JEE Main website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the “JEE Main 2026 City Intimation Slip” link.
- Enter your application number and date of birth.
- View and save the assigned exam city.
The city slip is available for each session (Session 1 in January and Session 2 in April) once released by NTA.
Find the Full Exam Centre Address on the Admit Card
The JEE Main admit card 2026 contains the complete address of your designated test centre along with other important instructions. This document is the only official source for the accurate centre location that candidates must carry to the exam hall. Steps to check the full exam centre address:
- Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in and click on the JEE Main 2026 Admit Card link.
- Log in using your application number and date of birth or password.
- Download the admit card PDF.
- On the admit card, locate the exam centre name, full address, reporting time, and shift details.
Access the JEE Main 2026 Exam Centres List
The NTA has published the complete list of JEE Main 2026 exam centres, which includes 323 cities in India and 15 cities abroad, helping aspirants choose preferred venues when filling the application form. This centre list features major metropolitan and regional cities across all states and union territories. While the exam city slip tells you the city, the admit card will provide the specific exam venue within that city
