How to Check JEE Main 2026 Exam Centres and City Slip Details

NTA has published the complete JEE Main 2026 exam centre list on its official website. The city intimation slip was released on 8 January 2026, while the admit card is expected in the third week of January. Complete exam centre details will be available only on the JEE Main 2026 admit card.
How to check JEE Main 2026 exam centres is an important step for candidates appearing in the national-level engineering entrance examination. The National Testing Agency has released the complete list of JEE Main 2026 exam centres on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Since the exam is conducted in online mode, candidates must appear only at the allotted centre.
The exact exam centre address will be mentioned on the JEE Main 2026 admit card. However, the exam city information has already been shared through the JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip, which was released on 8 January 2026.
JEE Main 2026 Exam Dates and Schedule
NTA has announced the schedule for Session 1 of JEE Main 2026. Candidates should carefully check the paper-wise exam dates to plan travel and preparation. Session 1 will be conducted across multiple days in January 2026.
- Paper 1 (BTech): 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 January 2026
- Paper 2 (BArch/BPlanning): 29 January 2026
The JEE Main 2026 admit card is expected to be released in the third week of January 2026.
How to Check JEE Main 2026 Exam Centre Through Admit Card?
The exam centre details are available only on the admit card. Candidates must download the hall ticket as soon as it is released. Follow the steps given below to check the JEE Main 2026 exam centre:
- Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in
- Click on the JEE Main 2026 admit card download link
- Enter application number and date of birth
- Download and print the admit card
- Check exam centre name, full address, city, exam date, shift, and reporting time
Candidates must strictly follow the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
JEE Main 2026 City Intimation Slip Details
The city intimation slip informs candidates about the allotted exam city in advance. This helps in planning travel before the admit card release.
The JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip was released on 8 January 2026. It does not include the full centre address. Only the admit card will display the complete exam centre details.

It is advised to visit the exam centre location a day in advance and reach the venue well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
