The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has announced the Class 12 supplementary examination result for 2025, recording an overall pass percentage of 64.26%. Panipat district emerged as the top performer among all districts, according to the official result bulletin released today. The supplementary examinations were conducted to provide a second chance to students who did not clear one or more subjects in the main board exams earlier this year.
Panipat Leads with Highest Pass Rate
Panipat district recorded the highest pass percentage, followed by Hisar and Rohtak. The HBSE 2025 Board stated that the result reflects improved academic recovery efforts taken by schools through remedial teaching and subject-specific review sessions.
Students Advised to Collect Mark Sheets
Students who successfully cleared the supplementary exams are required to collect their original mark sheets from respective schools. The marksheets will be needed for admission to undergraduate courses or other higher education programs. Those who were unable to qualify in this attempt can opt for revaluation or reappear in the next supplementary cycle, as per HBSE guidelines.
Official Statement and Support Initiatives
A senior HBSE official mentioned that the overall result shows steady improvement in pass rates compared to previous years. The board also confirmed that remedial classes will be organized in government and private schools for students who faced difficulties in key subjects. “The improvement in this year’s supplementary result shows better learning recovery post-pandemic. Schools have made commendable efforts to support students academically,” said an HBSE spokesperson.
