The Department of Medical Education and Research, Haryana has released the provisional merit list-cum-allotment letter for Haryana NEET UG counselling 2025 round 3 for MBBS and BDS admissions to the 2025-26 academic session. A total of 3,682 candidates have been allocated seats, with 254 candidates receiving seat upgrades.
Candidates can download their allotment letters from November 5 to 8, 2025, and must report to their respective colleges by November 8, 2025, through the official portal uhsrugcounselling.com. The allotments cover government, government-aided, and private medical and dental colleges across Haryana, including institutions under private universities such as SGT University, Maharishi Markandeshwar University, and Al-Falah Medical College.
Haryana NEET UG 2025 Seat Allotment Criteria
Seat allocation has been done based on NEET UG 2025 scores/ranks, candidates’ college preferences, category, and the available seat matrix, following the Haryana government notification dated August 8, 2025.
Candidates who find any discrepancies in their results can raise grievances only through the admission portal. Tickets under the ‘Grievances’ category must be submitted by 5 PM on November 3, 2025. Grievances submitted through other modes will not be considered. The final seat allotments will be confirmed only after document verification, fee payment, and completion of other admission formalities.
