The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana has released the revised schedule for NEET PG Counselling 2025 Round 1. The updated timeline has been uploaded on the official website, hry.online-counselling.co.in, allowing registered candidates to review the new dates and complete the remaining steps on time. The revision comes just days after the first round of registration began for admission to MD, MS and PG Diploma programmes across government, government-aided and private medical colleges in the state. The updated schedule outlines the final deadlines for registration, choice submission, fee payment, document verification and reporting.
Revised Haryana NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Dates

The counselling authority has urged candidates to follow the updated timeline carefully, as delays at any stage may lead to cancellation of candidature.
Choice Filling and Locking Extended Till November 23
According to the revised schedule, the editing of information, choice submission and choice locking for Round 1 will now continue until November 23, 2025. Once submitted, choices cannot be changed. Candidates who do not lock their preferences will have their last saved options automatically considered for allotment.
Seat Allotment on November 24
DMER Haryana will publish the provisional seat allotment list on November 24, 2025. Candidates will be allowed to raise grievances on the same day. After analysing objections, the authorities will release the final list. Those who receive a seat in Round 1 must pay the tuition fee through the admission portal between November 24 and November 28, 2025, before moving to the next step.
Mandatory Physical Verification at UHSR Rohtak
After the fee payment window closes, selected candidates must complete the physical document verification from November 29 to December 1, 2025. The verification will take place at Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR). The official notification emphasises that physical appearance is compulsory. A statement issued by the authority reads: “The personal appearance of the candidates along with all original documents in front of the Admission Committee at Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is mandatory. Failing this, their candidature will not be considered.”
Final Reporting by December 2
Candidates clearing verification can download the provisional admission letter between November 30 and December 2, 2025. The final step requires them to report to the allotted college by December 2, 2025 (5 pm).
