The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana has released the revised seat allotment result cum merit list for the Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Round 3 on November 3, 2025. A total of 3,682 candidates have been included in the revised merit list who participated in the first three rounds of the counselling process. The revised result has been published following the revision of the seat matrix for MBBS and BDS admissions in Haryana medical and dental colleges. As per the official update, 254 candidates’ seats have been upgraded, while the allotment status of 438 candidates remains unchanged. The original Round 3 seat allotment result was declared earlier on October 24, 2025, including 4,071 candidates. However, after the revision of the seat matrix, DMER Haryana reopened the registration and choice-filling process from October 30 to October 31, 2025, to ensure fair and transparent allocation of seats.

4. Download the PDF file of the revised merit list.
5. Search for the NEET 2025 All India Rank or candidate name to check the seat allotment status.
