The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has officially announced the GUJCET 2026 syllabus and exam pattern. The upcoming GUJCET 2026 exam will be conducted on March 29, 2026, in multiple cities across the state at the district level. As per the released details, the paper will follow the Class 12 NCERT curriculum, covering Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.

GUJCET 2026 Exam Pattern
The GUJCET 2026 Exam Pattern will include a total of 120 MCQs, each carrying one mark. The question paper will be divided among Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology, with 40 questions per subject.
The Physics and Chemistry paper will be combined, consisting of 80 questions (80 marks) with a duration of 120 minutes. Mathematics and Biology will have separate papers of 40 questions each, to be attempted within 60 minutes. Each question will have four options, with one correct answer, and the paper will be available in Gujarati, English, and Hindi languages.
Marking Scheme for GUJCET 2026
- Each correct answer carries 1 mark.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Unanswered questions will receive no marks.

The GUJCET 2026 syllabus will be based on the NCERT Class 12 curriculum.
