- Fill the detailed form with personal and academic information, including Class 10th and 12th details, preferred subject group (A, B, or AB), and language medium
- Upload scanned passport-size photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format (size 5 KB–50 KB)

- Must be Indian citizens and residents of Gujarat, or have completed schooling (Class 10 and 12) in Gujarat
