Gujarat Board Exam Dates 2026 for Class 10, 12 to Be Released Soon

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) is expected to announce the GSEB SSC and HSC Time Table 2026 shortly. As per official updates, the Gujarat Board exams for Class 10 and Class 12 are scheduled to be conducted from February 26 to March 16, 2026 across various examination centres in the state. The subject-wise exam timetable for both secondary (SSC) and higher secondary (HSC) classes will soon be available on the official websites — gseb.org and gsebeservice.com.

GSEB Exam Dates 2026 Overview

The Gujarat Board had earlier shared the tentative schedule for the 2026 board examinations. The detailed timetable is expected to include subject-wise exam dates, timings, and important guidelines.

The examinations will be held in offline mode, and students will be allotted centres based on their school locations and examination divisions.

Official Confirmation on Exam Schedule

While the Gujarat Board has not yet released the complete subject-wise schedule, the tentative dates were confirmed earlier this year during the annual academic planning meeting. The GSEB Class 10 (SSC) exams will include core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, while the Class 12 (HSC) timetable will cover streams including Science, Commerce, and Arts. Each paper will typically carry three hours of duration from 10:30 AM to 1:45 PM, depending on the subject.

GSEB HSC and SSC Practical Exams 2026

The Gujarat Board will announce the practical exam dates for Science stream students separately. These practical tests are likely to be held in February 2026, before the commencement of the written exams. Schools will notify students about their respective practical exam schedules and internal assessment guidelines. In addition to this, general and vocational stream students will also receive detailed instructions regarding internal projects and assignments from their institutions.
