GSEB Class 10 & 12 Hall Tickets 2026 Released; Schools Must Verify

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has made the hall tickets for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations 2026 available for download by school authorities. These hall tickets are essential for students to appear in the board exams scheduled to begin on 26 February 2026. Schools are required to verify all details, affix the student’s photograph, and stamp the admit card before distribution.

GSHSEB Hall Ticket Download Process and Verification by Schools

School authorities must use their index number and registered email/mobile ID to access the official Gujarat board hall ticket portals. There are separate portals for general and science stream students. After logging in, schools must carefully check and confirm all student details. Once verified, a photograph of the student should be affixed on the admit card, signed by the student, class teacher, and principal, and the official school stamp must partially overlap the photo.

  • Exam Hall Ticket Access: Through school login portals
  • Verification: Check name, roll number, exam details
  • Stamp & Photo: Required before distribution
  • Exam Start Date: 26 February 2026

Important GSHSEB Hall Ticket Instructions for Students

Students must keep the following points in mind:

  • The hall ticket must be signed by the student and principal with the school’s official stamp.
  • Exam instructions printed on the back of the hall ticket should be read and followed carefully.
  • Any discrepancy in personal or exam details should be reported immediately to the GSHSEB Gandhinagar office with supporting documents for correction.

These steps ensure that students are fully prepared with valid documentation ahead of the board examinations. Schools are also expected to help students acknowledge receipt of the hall ticket online as per the board’s requirements. Stay updated with official board communications and ensure hall tickets are issued well before the start of the exam period to avoid any last-minute issues.
