GSEB Class 12 Practical Exam Dates 2026
The practical exams for the science stream will be conducted over a nine-day period from 5 February to 13 February 2026. Students are expected to report to their assigned centres as per the schedule provided on the hall ticket. .Following the practical examinations, the theory exams for the Gujarat board Class 12 students are scheduled to begin from 26 February to 18 March 2026. This full board exam series will cover all subjects and streams under the HSC curriculum.
How Admit Cards Are Issued and Collected?
GSEB has provided the admit cards for scientific practical exams to school officials, who must access the board’s portal using authorised credentials. Students cannot directly download their admit cards; instead, they need to collect the printed hall ticket from their respective schools ahead of the practical exams The hall ticket contains essential details including the student’s name, roll number, subjects, examination centre address, scheduled time and reporting instructions. Students should verify these details carefully and report any discrepancies to school authorities promptly.
What Students Should Do Before Exams?
Students must ensure they receive their admit card well before the first practical exam day on 5 February 2026. It is advised to check that all information is correctly printed and to keep the admit card safe until the board exams conclude. Carrying valid photo identification along with the admit card on every practical exam day is compulsory. Students should also plan to arrive at the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled reporting time to avoid any last-minute rush and ensure a smooth commencement of their practical exams. Once the practical exam series is completed, students will prepare for the theory exams beginning 26 February, for which separate admit cards will be issued by the board in due course.
