- Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of the Gujarati or Hindi language.
- Age range between 18 to 34 years, with age relaxations available for candidates from reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and EWS.

The selection of candidates will be conducted through an objective examination utilizing CBRTs.
