The GPAT 2026 response sheet has been released on the official portal of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. Candidates who appeared in the GPAT exam on 07 March 2026 can download their individual recorded responses and match them with the provisional answer key to estimate their scores ahead of the result.
The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2026 response sheet has been made available by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Candidates who appeared for the exam can now download the PDF of their recorded responses from the official website natboard.edu.in and use it along with the provisional answer key to estimate scores before the declaration of results. The GPAT exam was conducted in computer‑based mode on 07 March 2026 for admission to postgraduate pharmacy programmes. The release of the response sheet follows the exam completion and allows students to verify answers they marked during the test
How to Download GPAT 2026 Response Sheet and Answer Key?
The response sheet and the provisional answer key are released online on the official NBEMS portal and can be accessed through candidate login. To download the GPAT 2026 response sheet PDF:
- Visit the official GPAT website: natboard.edu.in.
- Click on the GPAT 2026 response sheet/answer key link.
- Log in using Application ID and Password.
- Download the response sheet PDF.
- Save the file and compare recorded responses with the provisional answer key.
This process helps candidates estimate their probable score before the result announcement and identify any discrepancies
What the GPAT Response Sheet Contains?
The GPAT 2026 response sheet shows the answers that a candidate marked during the examination. When used with the provisional answer key, it allows students to:
- Check individual responses against correct answers
- Estimate tentative GPAT scores based on marking scheme
- Identify strong and weak sections of the paper
Typically, GPAT carries a marking scheme where candidates score positive marks for correct answers and negative marks for incorrect ones. The provisional answer key helps in preliminary score calculation before the final key is released.
GPAT Provisional Answer Key and Objection Window
Alongside the response sheet, NBEMS is expected to release the GPAT 2026 provisional answer key. Candidates can compare their answers using the response sheet and challenge any discrepancies within the objection window once the key is activated. The final answer key is prepared after considering valid objections submitted by candidates. The objection process allows students to raise clarifications on specific questions, typically within a limited time after the provisional key release. After review, NBEMS will publish the final answer key and prepare the results
What’s Next After Response Sheet Release?
After downloading the response sheet and analysing probable scores, candidates should:
- Keep track of the final answer key release
- Check the official result declaration date
- Prepare for counselling based on expected merit
The GPAT 2026 results are expected to be declared before 07 April 2026, after final key activation and objection review.
