GPAT 2026 Final Selective Edit Window Opens for Image Rectification

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened the GPAT 2026 Final Selective Edit Window on 17 February 2026. Candidates who applied for the exam now have the final opportunity to correct any discrepancies in their application, including photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions.

GPAT 2026 Application Correction Window

The Final Selective Edit Window will remain open until 19 February 2026. During this period, applicants can update or rectify images and ensure that their application details are accurate. After this date, no further corrections or requests for deficient documents will be entertained by NBEMS. This is the second and last chance for candidates, following the Pre-Final Selective Edit Window held from 6 to 9 February 2026. Candidates who missed corrections in the first edit window must complete all updates during this final window to avoid issues with exam registration.

Important Dates and Next Steps

Candidates whose GPAT 2026 applications are complete and correct will receive their city intimation slips on 24 February 2026. The GPAT exam is scheduled for 7 March 2026. In case of any difficulties while rectifying images or uploading documents, candidates can contact the GPAT helpdesk at +91 7996165333 between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM on all working days, excluding Gazetted holidays.

Key Guidelines for Candidates

• Ensure all images, including photograph, signature, and thumb impression, meet the prescribed format.

NBEMS has emphasised that the Final Selective Edit Window is the definitive opportunity to make any last-minute corrections. Candidates are advised to act promptly to avoid issues with the examination process.
