Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has announced a final offline admission opportunity for candidates seeking admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The window will be open for two days, September 10 and 11, 2025, at the university campus in New Delhi.
The offline process is meant for students who could not register earlier through the NIC online portal. This step also aims to fill the seats that remain vacant after the current counselling round.
GGSIPU Final Offline Admission 2025: Key Dates
The university has released a detailed schedule for the admission window.
Candidates must submit their applications within the specified time, as no extension will be provided.

The special round covers 18 undergraduate and postgraduate programs across different disciplines. Some of the prominent courses include:

This opportunity is especially relevant for students who qualified through CUET scores but missed the initial registration deadlines.
Application Process and Fee
The application process will be conducted offline at the GGSIPU campus.
- Candidates must visit the campus between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the given dates.
- A non-refundable registration fee of INR 2,500 per program must be paid via demand draft in favour of the Registrar, GGSIPU.
- Those applying for multiple courses will need to submit separate application forms and fees for each program.
University officials have urged students to carefully follow the guidelines to avoid rejection of applications.
Merit List and Counselling
After the offline registration closes, GGSIPU will release a merit list of newly registered candidates on September 12, 2025. Admission will then proceed through a special counselling round scheduled from September 13 to 15, 2025. The counselling process will include:

- Seat allotment based on merit and availability
- Confirmation of admission at the allotted department
Any candidate who fails to attend counselling within the given schedule will forfeit their admission chance.
