Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT) has commenced the counselling process for admission to its Undergraduate (UG) programmes for the 2025–26 academic year. The final round of offline counselling includes courses such as B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, B.F.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science, B.Tech. Food Technology, and B.Tech. Biotechnology. According to the official notice released on gbpuat.org.in, the online choice filling window will remain open from November 1 to November 3, 2025. Students who qualified in the entrance exam can log in through the candidate portal using their registered ID and password to participate in the counselling.
Counselling and Admission Process
As per the official announcement, candidates must complete online choice filling and pay a non-refundable counselling fee of ₹500. The physical reporting for document verification will take place on November 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at the Office of the Controller of Examinations, GBPUAT.

Cutoff Ranks and Eligibility
GBPUAT has released the cutoff ranks for the final round based on the university’s entrance examination. These ranks differ for each category and sub-category. Candidates whose ranks fall within the specified range are eligible for seat allocation.

- B.V.Sc. & A.H.: Minimum 17 years as of December 31, 2025
- Other programmes: Maximum 25 years for General category; relaxation up to 30 years for OBC, SC, and ST candidates
