Important Instructions for GBPUAT 2025 Candidates

The GBPUAT counselling process involves multiple rounds, and this stage is critical for finalising admissions. Students who do not confirm their seats during this reporting window will lose the opportunity, and the empty seats will be reassigned to other counselling rounds. Students who are selected for UG, Master’s, and MCA admissions must keep the following instructions in mind:

• Report only on the assigned dates: August 20 and 21, 2025
• Carry all necessary original documents, including educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and counselling letter.
• Candidates must bring multiple passport-sized photographs for admission records.
• University norms should require payment of admission fees during the reporting process.

With Round 2 reporting scheduled, GBPUAT aims to manage the admission process and ensure a timely start to the new academic session. Students are advised to regularly check the university’s official portal for updates on upcoming counselling rounds and related instructions..
