The result is likely to be declared today, 19 March 2026, on the official website gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check their result through GOAPS login using enrollment ID and password. GATE 2026 Final Answer Key Released Before Result
IIT Guwahati has already released the final answer key and master question papers. The final key includes revised responses after reviewing candidate objections. As per the process, the result will be prepared based on this final answer key, and no further challenges are allowed.

GATE 2026 Scorecard Release Date and Download Window
The scorecard will be released on 27 March 2026 via the GOAPS portal. Candidates will be able to download it free of cost till 31 May 2026. After this deadline, a fee of INR 500 will be required per download. Only qualified candidates will be eligible to access the scorecard. The scorecard will remain valid for three years for admissions and PSU recruitment.
GATE 2026 Toppers List and Cutoff Marks
Along with the result, IIT Guwahati will release the topper’s list for all subjects. The list will include candidate names, marks out of 100, and normalized scores out of 1000. Additionally, branch-wise qualifying cutoff marks will be published.
